Cumbria Strategic Partnership (CSP) is the countywide partnership for Cumbria which brings together organisations representing the Public, Private and Third Sector in Cumbria.  

It is responsible, on behalf of the County Council, for developing a Sustainable Community Strategy for Cumbria

The Cumbria Community Strategy sets out the partnership aspirations for the county over the next twenty years. It states that:
