The Partnership Agreement
The 'CSP Partnership Agreement', which includes the Terms of Reference for all CSP bodies, CSP Partnership Principles and the CSP Meeting Protocols, was agreed at the CSP Forum meeting on 14 June 2010. The documents set the standards for partnership working in Cumbria.
Cumbria Community Strategy
The Cumbria Community Strategy provides the long term vision for the county. The strategy sets out where Cumbria wants to be in 2028 and provides the long term outcomes for partners in the county to work towards both together and in their indivdual organisations through their corporate plans and strategies.

Local Investment Plan for Cumbria
This is the first Local Investment Plan for Cumbria. It was prepared jointly by the Cumbria Coordination Group and has been agreed with Cumbria Strategic Partnership's Leadership Forum and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). The purpose of the Plan is to set out the key issues facing Cumbria and the role of housing regeneration and place making investment in addressing these issues. It sets out:
- our agreed vision
- key objectives within the overall vision
- the shared priorities of local partners
- the relationship with the HCA and other partner agencies such as the NWDA
- detailed investment proposals, anticipated outputs and outcomes and
- criteria for measuring progress over the Plan implementation period
It is the first step towards a joint investment plan for Cumbria and strengthens the existing partnership structures. The document can be viewed through the link below.
